Lauren got the opportunity to report from behind the scenes at the UNC Radio/Telethon this year...since she was already in the hospital, it was easy for her to do! She had a wonderful day and we wanted to share with everyone her reporting experience! We are so proud of her...she did a fabulous job!!!

She did so great!!! She is a natural--poised and such energy in her voice. Way to go Lauren!
Fantastic, Lauren! BYU has a wonderful journalism department, you should see if they have an independent study program! I did their program, so as the resident "expert" I wanted to let you know that you had fantastic stand-ups, you were a natural at the interviews and your Voice overs were loud, clear and energetic! Way to go!
Lauren looks so pretty. That looked like fun. My twins especially liked the Santa part.
I came across your site a while back while researchig GSD. I ran across it again today. Have you ever gone to see Dr. David Weinstein in Florida, or does your doctor consult with him? My son is yet to be diagnosed, but we will see him for the second time in March. Dr. W is the best in the country, and many GSDers speak about the remarkable improvements they've made under his care. He is an endocrinologist who specializes in GSD research while also seeing patients. This may be something you already know, but I wanted to share just in case it might help. You should be able to google him. He's associated with the University of Florida. I wish your family the very best!
