Michael's Baptism

We had a great time at Michael's baptism. It was a wonderful day and Michael loved it all. We had a big crowd at the baptism, so many that there was standing room only in the RS Room. It meant a lot to our family to have so many friends and family come to share Michael's day. Will and Lauren both spoke at the baptism and of course Mom was moved to tears by the beautiful comments that were made. Will is going to be such a fabulous missionary! Jeff gave Michael a beautiful blessing during the confirmation and everyone could feel of Michael's happy spirit! After the baptism, we had a cook-out at our house and we had the best time! Michael and his friends all played video games and the little ones all played with the toys. We all ate hotdogs and enjoyed each others company. It was a fun day! Thanks to everyone who came and made Michael's baptism day such a special one! We are grateful to you all for your love and friendship! Our lives are blessed because of so many wonderful family and friends! We love you!

Noah's Birthday

We had a great time celebrating Noah's birthday Friday night! We decided to give Noah this night since tommorrow will be Mikey's big day and it will be all about him! Noah loved all the attention and the gifts! He loved having everyone sing Happy Birthday to him and he even tried some of the cake! It was a fun night with family and friends! We all loved the chicken and bbq as well! Below are some of the pictures from Noah's birthday party!

Noah decided to try a bite of cake for himself! He seemed to like it!

Noah liked having everyone sing Happy Birthday to him! He grinned the whole time.

Jeff and Duane had more fun playing with the toy they put together than the boys!

Noah loves his erector set and it all comes as one piece so Mom loves it too!

Day Surgery

Just wanted to let everyone know that my day surgery went fine. Dr. Flanagan had to do some repair work where I didn't heal properly from my hysterectomy but all is well now (or at least I hope so)! The kids, Jeff, and Momma are all pitching in to help for the next little while so it will all go good! We are also going to the beach in two weeks and can't wait to get some relaxation by the ocean in! We look forward to having a good time with family while we are there! We look forward to seeing everyone for Mikey's baptism next Saturday! All is well on the Coombs Homefront! If you get the chance, check out the kid's websites. They are linked to ours so all you have to do is click on their name to see it! Have a good week!

These pictures were taken when we went to South Carolina for Ninna's funeral. The first one was of all but 3 of Ninna's greatgrandkids. Jacob (because he is serving a mission in Dominican Republic), LaNelle (because she is out in Utah preparing to get married and settle there), and Katie (because she was in Europe at the time on a vacation) were the only ones not there. We missed them all and I know that Ninna would have been so pleased with how great everyone looked. She loved family and loved all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The second picture is of Daddy Tom, DeeDee and Noah. Noah loves to pose for pictures. The last one is some of the Hedgepath Descendents. We all tried to get in the picture. It was good to be with family. We all miss Ninna so much but are grateful that we had her for so long! Families are so important!

We are just starting our website so be patient with us as we try to figure this out! We are looking forward to Michael's upcoming baptism on the 29th of July. We will hopefully figure out how to get pictures on here by then! This is where we can keep everyone current about our family! Come and visit anytime!
